The tea plant is a member of the Camellia family (Camellia sinensis). Black tea, oolong tea, and green tea are all derivatives of this one plant.

The color of the tea depends on the methods of its preparing.  Green tea has the least amount of caffine of all the teas for the reason that it is the least fermented.

Green Tea includes: tannins - A group of plain and multipart phenol, polyphenol, and flavonoid compounds. Tannins are created by plants and perform as astringents, shrinking tissues and contracting structural proteins in the skin and mucosa.

Catechins are a category of polyphenols. It is a powerful anti-oxidant coursing through your system after a heavy workout is just what you need to curb free radical harm.

Flavonoids - are plant pigments, and are the intensely colored chemical ingredients found in most fresh fruits and vegetables. Your workouts will undergo if you are sick.

Theanine - is an exclusive amino acid found in the leaves sencha. It makes sedative effects in the brain.

Green tea is a real alternative to the ECA stack for the reason it relaxes you psychologically but lets you perform physically.
